Ari Hakimian, D.O.

Biography

Ari Hakimian, DO, is board-certified in internal medicine and medical oncology and is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the American Society of Hematology. His clinical interests include hematologic malignancies, including acute leukemias and lymphoma, as well as solid tumors, specifically lung cancer. Dr. Hakimian has published multiple research abstracts and presentations focused on lung cancer and remains committed to incorporating the latest advances in oncology into patient care. He is passionate about fighting alongside his patients through every stage of their cancer journey and truly values loyalty, determination, and doing whatever it takes to give each patient the best possible chance against their diagnosis.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Hakimian is a passionate Chicago sports fan who proudly supports the Bears, Cubs, Blackhawks, and Bulls. He and his wife, Dori, a private practice OB/GYN physician, are proud parents to two sons, Kobe and Beckham.
