Our updated process ensures your requests are directed to the appropriate care team member for review and follow-up. For routine inquiries received during business hours, our goal is to respond by the end of the same business day.
Introducing Secure Messaging Through Canopy
As part of this improvement, we are introducing Canopy, a secure messaging platform that allows our care team to communicate with patients through text messages and email notifications.
You may receive secure messages with follow-up instructions, questions from your care team, or requests for information related to your care.
