Dr. Dickler is experienced in delivering targeted, individualized radiation therapy in treating many types of cancer. “Having a dedicated radiation oncology team helps facilitate appropriate and rapid management of cancer treatments,” says Dr. Dickler. “I focus on providing high-quality treatments for each of my patients. I also strive to help patients feel as comfortable as possible before, during, and after their radiation treatment.”
Dr. Dickler is board certified in radiation oncology from the American Board of Radiology. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the University of Illinois in Champaign, Illinois. He then completed a medical degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago, Illinois. His post-graduate training included a role as chief resident in the Department of Radiation Oncology at Rush University Medical Center.
Dr. Dickler previously served as an assistant professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology at Rush University Medical Center. He has also authored more than 30 papers and multiple textbook chapters and has presented original research at national meetings. He has past clinical experience in emerging cancer therapies, specifically in the treatment of prostate and breast cancers.
Dr. Dickler enjoys family time, working out, and watching his beloved Chicago Cubs.
